The standard 7-business day kit will ship to you via Priority U.S. Mail (or Global Priority for
international shipments). As part of your test kit, a pre-paid, pre-addressed mailer will be
included as part of your test kit package. Insert the test samples and respective paperwork
form(s) into the pre-paid and pre-addressed mailer, and it will be received by the lab for
testing within 2 to 5 days. Therefore, you should expect to purchase the kit’s shipping costs
for both segments (shipment of the kit to you; and shipment of the tested DNA samples
from your location to the lab).

International orders will not include pre-paid mailing labels – the customer will be
responsible for paying for this segment of the process separately. Thus, the international
customer will not be billed for this portion of shipping costs by DNA Paternity & Fidelity
Testing Center.

Total DOMESTIC shipping costs (USPS Priority Mail) for the standard 7-Business Day Kit
is $10.00 unless you elect an upgraded (faster) shipping process, as discussed below.

Total INTERNATIONAL shipping costs (USPS Global Priority Mail) for the standard 7-
Business Day Kit is $10.00, PLUS your in-country cost of shipping the completed kit to the
lab here in the U.S. Although we cannot offer you a pre-paid shipping option from your
country to the U.S., we will provide you with a shipping envelope with the appropriate
laboratory and address pre-printed for your convenience.

Accordingly, unless you order shipping upgrades below, all 7-Business Day kit shipments
will go via Priority Mail (both domestic and international) through the USPS. Charges for
this basic service will automatically default on your order as you place your order.

The 1-Business Day STAT kit option will automatically default to Overnight Delivery as the
basic shipment process ($15 shipping fee to you; $15 shipping fee from you to the lab, for a
total shipping
