Return Policy

DNA Paternity & Fidelity Testing Center, LLC, will refund the purchase price of the test kit
that you order if the contracted laboratory deems a refund is in order. Because of the
extraordinary quality standards our labs adhere to in order to achieve accreditation by the
AABB, such situations will be extremely rare.

Responsibility for a ‘failed’ test result will normally rest with the person or persons
administering the sample collection, or for failure by the customer to disclose truthful and
necessary information along with the test samples submitted to the labs for testing. An
example of each is provided below:

a. Insufficient cell collection on the swabs or non-standard material submitted for testing. A
DNA test cannot be conducted without adequate cellular material to test. Therefore, it is
extremely important to follow the instructions contained in the website and provided to you
with the testing materials regarding cell collection, handling and shipment of testing
materials.

b. Not adequately disclosing the relationship of each of the test subjects can result in a
‘failed’ test. If, for example, one child and two potential fathers are tested, and the fact that
both potential fathers are closely related (brothers, uncle/nephew, father/son, etc.) not
disclosed to the lab prior to testing, the testing parameters will not be adequate to run the
test properly, and will yield inconclusive results.

Accordingly, such situations do arise rarely, and if the lab and this company determines the
fault is with the customer, then the responsibility shall rightly fall to the customer. However, it
must be stressed once again that if the customer follows the testing instructions correctly,
and discloses any information that may influence the method of testing at the lab, the
customer will receive a timely and extremely accurate test result each and every time.
